How to Turn Off Automatic Firmware Updates

Step-by-Step Instructions for Turning Off Automatic Firmware Updates
1. Confirm your printer's IP address (this can be found on the printer configuration page). You can print the configuration using the following menu options: OK > Setup > Reports > Print configuration page.
2. On the configuration page, the IP address will be #8 under "Product Settings" (it should be in a “https://XX.X.X.XX” format).
3. Enter your IP address into your web browser.
4. Then you should be brought over to the following page:
5. Select “Printer Update” and input the pin number from inside the machine door:
6. Select “Submit” and click “Tools” on the toolbar.
7. If the “Do not check for updates” is not selected (see screenshot below) then select and click “Apply”:
Now you should be all set to go!
