Account Manager

Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing new business, cold calling as well as managing relationships you build with clients across the territory.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
  • Selling our full line of copiers, printers, managed printing services, and document managed solutions as well as business communication products.
  • Areas of focus: cold calling, driving sales results, building high-level strategic customer relations, and collaboration with others.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the office equipment industry/managed services; experience in outsourcing is also an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Travel within territory required.

Customer Support Agent

Job Location:

Prince Albert

Overview:

UniTech is looking for a talented individual to join our Administration Department. The Customer Support Agent works closely with all our clients and plays a vital role in creating an excellent client experience. Ultimately, this role offers the candidate the ability to provide outstanding customer service while utilizing some of the best technology in the industry.

This is a part time position that may lead into full time employment. Duties would include data entry, order entry, scheduling, service dispatch, and supporting a high-volume phone and email queue.

Since they are inherently “people-persons”, the successful candidate will possess and display superior customer service, communication and organizational skills. They are detail-oriented people who are highly organized and have a high capacity for multitasking. They are problem solvers who enjoy the challenge of improving the lives of others.

IT Technician

Job Location:

Prince Albert

Overview:

UniTech is urgently looking for IT Technicians to support our growing customer base throughout Saskatchewan. The successful individual will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Providing end users with hardware and software maintenance and support
  • Installing and configuring IT equipment
  • Ensuring network security is maintained
  • Troubleshooting hardware/software problems
  • Investigate & resolve reported problems
  • Research and implement solutions to problems
  • Documents all support calls/requests and action(s) taken

Qualifications:

  • Computer Systems Technology diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Valid driver's license, where required
  • Ability to travel

Additional Details:

Candidates will be evaluated based on knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.

A successful candidate will also be able to manage their territory, parts inventory, and complete reports for service calls. They will also need to be able to install or oversee the installation of equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. We also expect the candidate to be mechanically inclined, and to be proficient in basic computer and networking skills.
